Telnet Server & Network adb - A Review
Telnet Server & Network adb is a free utility tool that allows you to change your adb debug connection from USB cable to network/WiFi. It can be installed on Android 2.1 or greater without requiring root permission. However, in some platforms, you may need to root your device first and turn on Rooting Adb option in the app setting page to make adb via network work.
